Return Policy
Our business policy is simple. If you are not 100% satisfied
with our product, we will give your money back. Just return
the product to us in like-new condition within 30 days from
the date it was shipped to you and we'll refund the full purchase
price (except for shipping costs that are not refundable).
This includes manufacturers defects.
Exceptions to this return policy are: 1) Special ordered
products/parts; or 2) Used and damaged parts. Any part which,
in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed
contrary to the installation instructions a/o subjected to
improper handling, packaging or shipping by the customer,
will not be eligible for exchange or refund consideration.
We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee or refuse
any exceptions.
This return policy covers all imperfections in workmanship
& materials. It is also limited to the consumer who originally
purchases it.
This return policy does not cover damage resulting from accident,
misuse or abuse, lack of proper maintenance, affixing of any
attachments not provided with the product or loss of parts.
IN NO EVENT SHALL Ron Dirkson Design Services BE LIABLE FOR
ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES NOR FOR ANY
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM MISUSE OR MODIFICATION OF THIS PRODUCT.
